Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed
Original tags attached
Original packaging intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Size Exchange Policy

We provide one free size exchange per order, subject to product availability.

Exchange Conditions

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Used or worn products
Washed items
Products without original tags or packaging
Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered

Important Notes

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
